Questions and Answers
What is the vision of Science of The ONE?
Science of The ONE is contributing to a deep understanding that all religions and science are part of God’s creation. The world’s sciences, religions and philosophies are no longer divided within or fighting each other. In embracing that wholeness together, we, as co-creators with God, are helping to heal our beautiful planet and her people. Through this wholeness, truth, justice, freedom, peace, creativity, prosperity and happiness may return for all.
What is the mission of Science of The ONE?
The mission of Science of The ONE is to bring a deeper understanding of the universal law of cycles. By revealing its secrets, we penetrate the mysteries of ancient philosophies and religions and their connections with modern science. The overall purpose being healing of body, mind, soul and heart, a precursor to union with our higher Self!
In short: We study the true spiritual foundations of all the world’s science!
What are the true spiritual foundations of all the world's science?
To answer this question, we will first explain what we mean with the word “foundations” in this context.
We look for the primal and basic or fundamental concepts and principles. In other words, we examine the building blocks that are central and most important in all branches of learning.
“Spiritual foundations” means the spiritual (metaphysical or intangible) roots of the elementary keys in both the spiritual and natural sciences.
How can we get insight in the connections between modern science and the spiritual and philosophic systems of the ancients? By applying the law of correspondences between their foundational components!
How and where can we apply the law of cycles?
The law of cycles helps us recognize the symmetry and beautiful geometry hidden in all of creation. This can bring a great sense of joy and peace (the arts, architecture, etc).
It integrates science and religion, counteracts false doctrines/dogmas, lays new foundations in education (new curriculums) and catalyzes new technologies.
Knowing the law of cycles has many practical applications in the healing arts, including better understanding of ourselves (psychology).
Grasping the law of cycles is key to the ability to identify events and being aware of their timelines (prophecy).
And last but not least, it is fundamental in mastering the principles of becoming a co-creator with God (alchemy).
What does the law of cycles have to do with the path of my soul?
One of the major purposes of our studies in Science of The ONE is to develop a deep understanding of:
- all the principles and mechanisms of the law of cycles
- how it integrates and operates throughout our entire micro- and macrocosmic universe
To serve this purpose, we study how the workings and varied manifestations of the law of cycles can be recognized. We examine this in the fundamental systems of all the major philosophies, religions and sciences East and West.
In each philosophy we work with its core elements or components. We look at the building blocks, the levels, the steps or stages of the path of the soul. Following this path ultimately leads towards union with the higher Self.
The path of the soul seeking wholeness and reunion with her original Source is a step by step process. We find teachings on this in the disciplines of astrology, psychology, science, and many other branches of study. We can discover their synthesis through the principles of the law of cycles.
What was your journey like? What challenges did you encounter?
It would take many pages to tell my entire journey of discovery and milestones over the last forty years. In our About page you can read the highlights.
One good way to give you an idea about the challenges of the journey is to use a metaphor. Let’s go on this journey together!
The entire study is like a quest, a treasure hunt, in which we are gathering many pieces of a puzzle. The pieces of this gigantic jig-saw puzzle represent the foundational components and bits of true information.
All this information comes from many different philosophies, religions, and sciences that have survived throughout the ages. Each of us already possess some of these pieces.
The challenge is this: we don’t know yet what the complete picture will look like. We don’t have the example picture to match and fit each piece one by one.
To complicate things further, there are also quite a few pieces missing and others are damaged. This means that we have to reconstruct them. This can only be done when enough other pieces are in place. Then we can infer the design of the missing and damaged ones.
To make matters worse, other strange pieces are thrown in that are not part of the true puzzle at all . Some of these pieces look very much like the real ones, but they are not. You get the idea…
The task is then trying to figure out which pieces belong to the true puzzle, fitting them together. We look at which pieces do not belong there and need to be rejected. Once all available true pieces are in place, we get a better overview. We are able to see what the missing pieces must have looked like and start to see the big picture.
The grand design that now emerges enables us to correctly relate and integrate the various scientific and philosophic components. Together with the rediscovered missing ones, we can now solve and correctly interpret the sacred mysteries.
We invite you to join us in this quest for Truth through our articles. They trace the hallmarks of some of the greatest men and women of all time and space. These are bright spirits from the ancient East to the present West.
Why study the ANCIENT mysteries, religions, and philosophies?
In order to open doors leading to new levels of awareness and truly know ourselves, we explore the ancient mysteries. We either find the keys to unlock those doors, or find or decipher the code if they have combination locks.
If those keys and codes are not easy to find, then we need to be looking among those ancient treasures. That is, those that are still shrouded in great mystery.
We have to look for those shrines, those relics, those teachings, and those systems of the mind of the Creator. These hold the greatest promise. These have had strong attraction to man through the ages, but are among the least understood.
In our articles we take you on a journey. We travel to places around the world where some of the greatest mystery schools and philosophies originated.
What are your thoughts on the Grand Unified Theory (GUT) and the Theory of Everything (ToE)?
The natural sciences are still looking for answers in their costly quest for the Grand Unified (Field) Theory (GUT). This is also the case for the Theory of Everything (ToE).
They are probing the two physical extremes: 1) further and further into outer space, and 2) the other extreme, the world of quantum physics and mechanics.
For the latter they are using ever larger and more powerful particle accelerators. These scientists hope to discover the ultimate God particle, the basic substance of the universe. They aim to find the one single high-energy force, some day.
There are still major hurdles to be overcome in the formulation of a workable synthesis between the varied theories. There are different assumptions / premises on particles and forces, together with the limitations of our current technology. We can see that a grand unified theory is not attainable right now, much less a theory of everything.
The nuclear scientists may try to push these extremes very far. We do not believe that their approach will provide the answers that will help us discover the great secrets of creation. Moreover, surely not the homeward path of our soul’s union with our Creator!
For the above reasons we do not include discussions about these theories in our curriculum. Neither any grand unified (field) theory, nor any theory of everything. They don’t serve our purpose and goals (see vision and mission) at this time.
What sciences, religions, and philosophies are being studied?
We discuss topics from all three major branches of the modern sciences. From the natural sciences we go into several key areas in physics. This includes waves, frequencies, colors, sound, music, and the solar system. In biology we will look into human anatomy and touch on genetics. We will also study some areas in chemistry, particularly the periodic system of the elements.
From the formal sciences we talk about some great topics in mathematics, especially the golden ratio, numbers, and sacred geometry. And from the social sciences we explore the steps and stages involved in understanding our personal psychology.
From the world’s religions and philosophies we cover key topics in: Hermetic Science (also known as Hermeticism, Gnosticism) and Taoism.
Furthermore: Pyramidology, Hinduism, Astrology, Chinese Philosophy and Medicine, Tibetan Buddhism, Theosophy, Buddhism, Kabbalah, Numerology and The Greater Arcana.
We also research Prophecy (Daniel, Book of Revelation, etc.), other Bible topics, Teachings of the Ascended Masters, and Alchemy.
We invite you to use what you already know as a springboard as you dive into our articles. We encourage you to deepen your understanding of many things connected to your areas of knowledge and expertise.
Who is the intended audience?
Our articles are intended for anyone with a background or interest in any of the topics we present. These topics are also listed in the previous question about the sciences, religions, and philosophies that we study.
It is for those who like to get ideas of how their topics of interest fit into the greater whole. We focus on the grand scheme of things!
Students of Kabbalah, Astrology, and followers of the major religions find most key components of their particular philosophy represented. A chemist recognizes spiritual significance behind the periodic system of the elements. A physicist is able to map all the electromagnetic frequencies on both macro- and microcosmic levels.
A musician appreciates how the musical notes and their intervals fit into the whole. A chiropractor deepens his understanding of how the vertebrae, nerve centers and their paths relate to areas in other disciplines.
The same thing happens to acupuncturists probing meridians and acupuncture-points. And to an architect studying the amazing features of the Great Pyramid. A mathematician will discover new angles, while pondering the profound beauty of the Golden Ratio and the Fibonacci numbers!
