My Story
My personal quest for better understanding the Book of Revelations began in the spring of 1982 when I attended a lecture on the subject. It made me realize that the book stands out from other scriptures in its uniqueness and importance.
I read the book several times, but determined as I was to solve its mysteries, I could not make much sense out of it. After trying for some time I shelved the book, realizing that Revelation is in actuality an enormous puzzle that some kind of key or set of keys was needed to unlock its secrets.
About a year later, I read an introductory article on the law of cycles, a new and exciting but complex field of study. The article awoke a strong desire in me to dig deeply into the subject.
And so began an incredible journey that would end many years later with launching Science of The ONE and publishing our courses.
Groundbreaking Discoveries
During the next twenty-seven years, I continued my explorations, seeking to integrate the basic components of many scientific and spiritual branches of learning.
Along the way, I made a number of discoveries; among them, several related to the golden ratio, the law of cycles itself, and the Great Pyramid in Egypt. I lectured on this in Europe, the United States, and Egypt.
Cyclical Nature
In 2008 and 2009, I finally had my major breakthrough with Revelation. I discovered its most important decoding secret, which is based on the approximately one thousand unique (distinct) words of Revelation.
It all began when I noticed something remarkable; it was the cyclical nature of certain passages, or more precisely, certain combinations of words in Revelation.
Some of the main themes or events repeat themselves four, five, or more times at more or less regular intervals throughout the book.
Because of the sheer amount of work involved, this required a methodical and disciplined approach and took about four years to complete.
The work was worth it, as it laid the groundwork for ascertaining the next decoding secret: the keys for understanding the meaning and timelines of the prophesied events in Revelation.
Knowledge of the core principles of the law of cycles proved essential before I could make these discoveries.
Scientific Formula
Chief, among all the cycles are the cycles of eight, ten, and twelve. Think for example of the eightfold path of Buddhism, the ten sefirot of Jewish mysticism, and the twelve fruits of the tree of life in the midst of Paradise.
Much like a scientific formula, this knowledge must be applied consistently across these and other fields of study to solve the decoding secrets of Revelation correctly.
Once the pieces of the puzzle came together, the tremendous design behind Revelation appeared.
My training and twenty-five year career as analyst and software engineer helped me a great deal and gave me some of the tools needed to do the very detailed and time-consuming decoding work required.
Understanding the Book of Revelations
Studying Revelation effectively requires looking at its verses and words from many different angles, like rotating, moving and tumbling the multicolored jewels in a kaleidoscope.
When one way of looking at it does not provide the answer we are looking for, then we look at it from another angle, turning the kaleidoscope, zooming out, observing all that was already found with a bird’s-eye view, seeing a new aspect and zoom in on that again.
The first twenty-five of forty years that I studied the law of cycles I did not pursue this study with the goal of understanding the Book of Revelations, but it was in fact critical in order to understand the hidden structures and patterns in the text. This in turn allowed me to effectively begin understanding Revelation’s hidden mysteries.
As I discovered more and more treasures encoded in Revelations through a greater and greater understanding of the law of cycles, I began to realize that Revelations is truly a grand puzzle, encoded some two-thousand years ago. Its level of complexity is enormous!
